This really can’t be answered here. This size of the unit, the efficiency rating, location of your home and a few other factors will need to be known. The best way to figure this out is to call a few different HVAC contractors and ask them for “bids”, not estimates.
I used to work for an HVAC contractor, and the cost would run from $4,000-$10,000, depending on all the above.
