Wall heating and air conditioning unit leaking water, How can I fix this?
I have a wall unit heating and air conditioning unit that is leaking water onto the carpet. I am assuming something is clogged. What do I do to fix it? Help!
With the AC running it produces condensate (water) that has to be drained off either to a drain in the floor or sump pump or to the outside. The drain is probably clogged or otherwise stopped up which causes the condensate to take the path of least resistance and ends up on your floor. The drain will have to be located and cleared. You could attempt it but I would call in a tech.
